Luo Dongfan

Nationally registered urban planner and senior engineer graduated from Shanghai Tongji University in 2000 with a major in urban planning. He has worked in large design institutes and government planning departments, and participated and was responsible for overall urban planning, controlled detailed planning, constructive detailed planning and various special projects totaling more than 200 items involving planning of megacities, large, medium and small towns and villages. He has participated in diverse scale of urban and rural planning with rich experience and comprehensive technology, of which more than 30 planning projects have won ministerial, provincial and municipal excellence planning awards.

From August 2008 to July 2017, he served in Chengdu Southwest Jiaotong University Design Institute Co., Ltd. (Chief Engineer - Chief Planner)
