The project is located in Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. Our company won the third place in the international bidding of the project. Located in the south of Dushan River in Fengyang County, the project base is the main development direction of the central area of Fuyang in the future. The base has flat and external terrains, convenient transportation facilities and sufficient development space, and is home to such important ecological resources as Ruyi River and Fengju Mountain as well as national historical and cultural resources such as Mingzhongdu Yuanqiu Site and Mingzhongdu City Wall Site, which are the focus of the future development of the city. The project planning and design scope reaches Qianmen Road in the north, Yuanqiu planning road in the south, Zuofu Road in the east and Tushan Road in the west, totaling 704 hectares.

      On the basis of regarding Fengyang as a large scenic spot, and taking Fengyang's urban development strategy into overall consideration and according to the concept of “the whole city, the whole sight, the whole industry and the whole people”, the plan aims to create a boutique tourist city with attractive scenic spots everywhere. In the surrounding plots of Ruyi River, the plans seeks to build a tourist life demonstration area with the urban area concurrently serving as the scenic spots through abiding by the planning concept of “Exerting Advantages of Ruyi River in Fengyang and Integrated Development of Sight and City One”, organizing tourism transportation, designing tourist routes, planning festival activities, deploying tourism service facilities and other planning and planning means.
