    The design scope of Nanjing Qixia Mountain Cultural Leisure Tourism and Resort District and Cultural and Creative Industry Agglomeration is 19.32 square kilometers, with its base located in Qixia District of Nanjing, at the northeast corner of Xianlin Sub-City (Nanjing Xianlin University Town).
